This is an ambient album, although has a few faster moments.

I wanted to make an album people could listen to when they are stressed out, hence the mantra-like aspect of the album title.

Re-Entry was a single I released some weeks back.

Running With The Fox is my first successful attempt at overdubbing guitar solos. There will be a more produced version with vocals sometime down the line. This album, and that track, is dedicated to the memory of RonRon the Fox.
